 MSM or methylsulfonylmethane is a natural, best absorbed organic sulfur compound. Biologically active sulfur is necessary for the proper functioning of the body. With poor eating habits and increased levels of stress, the sulfur level in  body. It is mainly used as joint nutrition. MSM is involved in the synthesis of collagen, which is the connective tissue matrix. Supports the health of joints and ligaments, skin and coat quality.
